Principal Component Analysis, Discriminant Rotation and Canonical Correlation Analysis are included in the in-house developed software PONTOS (with the cooperation of Prof. H.L.C. Meuzelaar, CMARC, University of Utah, USA) and have been used in different applications. PONTOS software for multivariate data analysis of analytical (and specifically spectroscopic data) is available free of charge [Click here for online demonstration of PONTOS].
